Simply go to the Agoda Affiliate Program Sign Up Page and complete the registration form. Please make sure you have read and accepted the Agoda Affiliate Agreement before submitting your registration. All applications are subject to a review process before access to the Affiliate Center is granted.
As a member of the Agoda Market Affiliate Program, you gain access to more than 43,000 hotels worldwide via the Agoda website. This enables you to build sites specific to a particular region, country, or city where you can offer discount hotels and quickly start earning revenue from bookings.
Unfortunately, you must have a website before you sign up as an Agoda Market Affiliate Partner. There are many FREE friendly sites out there that could help you build your websites in just a few minutes. In some cases we offer a customized site for select partners for a fee. Redirecting a URL that has no website is strictly prohibited.
Agoda provides affiliates with banner links, text links and other customized tools for use on the affiliate’s site; however, the use of any other content or modifications thereof is only allowable under the express permission of Agoda and the Anacott Travel Network. Please refer to the ‘Agoda Affiliate Agreement’ for further details.
The commission rate depends on the number of booking departures from in a calendar month. Booking departures refers to completed bookings where the customer has stayed at and departed the hotel. All commission is calculated from our net margin on each booking. The following is our standard commission scale

CI= Client Invoice (what the client paid to us)
HI= Hotel Invoice (what we paid to the hotel)

We use a HTTP referrer to track your customers' bookings. Here's how it works:
Register your domain with us: e.g. http://www.MYDOMAINNAME.com
We enter this domain into our database and activate it for tracking.
Any time we receive a link from any URL within that domain (http//www.mydomainname.com/anypage.html), we will stamp the user with a cookie that lasts for one year.
Every 24 hours we sync up our affiliate system with our booking engine, registering all bookings which have an affiliate ID. You may log in to the affiliate system at Partners.Agoda.com
Our staff will delete duplicate, fake or test bookings. These won't appear in the affiliate center. If you want to make test bookings and have these tracked, you will need to make special arrangements.
All real bookings whether made with a credit card or not, will appear in the affiliate center within 24 hours.
The affiliate center will show the status of the bookings ("cancelled by customer", "fully booked", "confirmed", "departed") and whether a credit card number was received.
Once your domain is registered, you can place a link on your site to Agoda.com, click on that link and make a test booking. We can give you instructions for making a test booking so that the booking will not be identified, will be deleted, and also so that the it does not incur cancellation charges.
If you return a few days later directly to the Agoda site, as long as you do not delete or refuse the Agoda cookie, any follow up booking will be credited to your account in the affiliate center within 24 hours. The cookie will last for one year. This means you can now place standard links (with no long tracking code or ID) from anywhere within your domain to anywhere within the Agoda domain and they will be correctly tracked. Many sites require that you link using much longer URLs which typically contain the CID. e.g. www.otheraffiliatecompany.com/204948488389fjkdfjsldkfjsld-www-myCID
Search engines have begun to penalize and lower the rankings of sites which they believe are affiliate sites. Long URLs with affiliate tracking codes can be more easily identified as an affiliate link. Agoda's short, simple links make log files easier to read, tracking easier to manage, and your site more appealing to search engines.

While it is possible that referral information can be passed through a new window or a pop-up window, it is by no means guaranteed or reliable. It is likely to be browser and version dependent, and there are many other factors, such as Java Scripts on the page and the ways that windows can be implemented, which can end up losing the referrer information. This is why we don't recommend using pop-up windows.
If you can implement pop-up windows in such a way that the referrer information is carried forward, and you want to use this strategy, you will need to test this on various browser types and with different users. We cannot help you to do this. If the referrer is carried over, then it will be tracked by our system. But, again, it is not as reliable as using a link within the same browser and therefore we do not recommend it. Bookings may not be tracked if you decide to pursue this method.
The method of payment is by Direct Bank Transfer. You will be paid the month following the guest's departure from the hotel. For example, if a guest stays March 28-April 4, you would be paid in May. Commission payments are calculated on the first day of each month, with payments made by the 15th of the month with the minimum commission payment being US$200. If the amount of commission due is less than US$200 the balance will be carried forward until the minimum payout level is reached.
Yes. We DO NOT have an exclusive clause in our contract. Naturally, we would prefer if our Affiliate Partners used our service exclusively, but we respect your right to display hotels offered by other affiliate programs. The Company would however request that Partner disclose which other affiliate programs they are using, in order for us to improve our services so that we may become the exclusive partner of the affiliate by choice.
Members of the Agoda Market Affiliate Program are not entitled to an Agoda Rewards membership account and its benefits.
